Hi Jon - now that we're back from sunny Florida I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about our stay at your property. First and foremost, we loved the house!!! We stayed at another house on Solterra Circle for our second week and it didn't compare... the bar was already set too high!
The house exceeded our expectations. There wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't there for us. I can not say enough good things about the property and we're already planning our next trip. The only difference is next time we will plan far enough ahead so that we can stay at this property for the entire two weeks.
Also, expect some enquiries from our friends. I've already told a number of people about how great this property is and I know one person for sure will likely be reaching out in the coming days. If you ever need a referral for this property, let me know and I would be more than happy to give it stellar reviews.

"What a great spot and Jon is a pleasure to deal with. The layout of the house is such that everyone has their own space and no one felt crowded. The decor is great and the house is well stocked with everything you need. It is on a corner plot so there are no neighbours to the left which is great. It is literally a stones throw from the clubhouse where we spent many an hour on the water slide and the lazy river. We would stay again in a heartbeat but it is usually booked well in advance, which says a lot for the house and the owners! Thanks for another wonderful stay!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you are looking at other homes to rent, just stop this is the one! The property, the owners, managers were great! My family and I had a wonderful time!!! Much more than we expected, so glad we even got the pool table right in time for our stay. I can go on and on, it was an amazing vacation and your home top it off!!! Thanks you owners (The Sendells) and managers. We will definitely rent this home again, no need to look anywhere else.
