Happy Birthday to Us!
Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter have been full of Happy Birthdays and Timehops recently due to our 1 year anniversary! This time last year we were preparing for our Champagne Launch at our new premises in The Mall in Chandlers Ford. A lot has happened in a year – here are just a few highlights: We have
- Taken 735 days of villa bookings – that’s over 2 years of bookings taken in our first year of trading.
- Acquired a beautiful new property to our own portfolio and it has proved extremely popular.
- Added over 10 new properties to our rental portfolio.
- Clients from across the globe including Canada, USA, Brazil and all 4 corners of the UK.
- Got an amazing enquiry to booking rate well above industry average.
- Worked with over 60 sales enquiries and our first few sales have gone through.
- Received some great new reviews including this one

- Exhibited at A Place in The Sun at the NEC in September and soon to go to Olympia in May.
- Held opening evenings at our own premises.
- Had leads from all over the place including Adverts, Walk-ins, Social Media, Exhibitions, close friends and our extended networks and even our Fire Alarm tester!
- Exhibited at local events across Hampshire.
- And most importantly we’ve been on a Research Trip!!
