Charity Support MAD Ball

Charity of the Year 2018

We are delighted to let you know that our chosen charity this year is the The Murray Parish Trust - their #2millionsteps campaign has been set up to raise £2m in 2 years.   

The campaign is to fund a brand new state of the art Children's Major Trauma Unit in Southampton which will serve 9 southern counties of the UK and the Channel Islands for major trauma.  Find out more here

Sales and the Florida Market

Whilst there has been much change in the last year or so, the market in Florida is still thriving, we've taken more enquiries then ever this year about buying and also selling in Florida. We've also expanded our network of colleagues to the Gulf Coast, Tampa and also now cover South Florida - one of our biggest successes was a couple of amazingly quick sales at the beginning of the year - where two separate properties went under offer for full asking price within 24 hours.

Rentals

Golf Day Success! 

We recently sponsored a fabulous Golf Day at Paultons Golf Centre in Hampshire - 10 teams of 4 took part and we raised £2000 for Genesis Research Trust UK.  Ali and Annabel will be cycling 250 miles in Cuba this October for the same cause.  We were very excited and really grateful to everyone that came and donated - you all made it a real success.  If you would be interested in getting involved in the Cuba ride or in any future golf days drop us a line on This email address is being protected from spambots.
